Starting at $32,050/yr for aides. Lead teachers earn $37K–$52K. Directors up to $73K.
CDA Sponsorship
We cover your 120-hour training and $600 stipend for completing certification.
Tuition Reimbursement
Up to $3,000/yr toward your ECE associate or bachelor degree coursework.
Paid Time Off
10 days PTO to start, plus all federal holidays and school closure days.
